Our services are primarily available in Al Ain, UAE, and surrounding areas. Service availability in other locations will be confirmed upon request.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

Service requests can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

3.2 Scheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling. However, appointments are confirmed only upon written or verbal confirmation from our staff.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required and site conditions.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement of work. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other mutually agreed payment methods.

4.3 Additional Costs

Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances or changes to the original scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

5.2 Material Warranties

Materials supplied by us are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims where applicable.

6. Liability and Insurance

Emirati European General Maintenance Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to work areas and inform us of any known hazards or special conditions.

7.2 Preparation

Customers are responsible for moving personal items and preparing the work area as advised by our team.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur charges.

8.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
